If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention from an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the Services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

Dobcy reserves the right to restrict access to the Services where required by law or where we reasonably believe the Services are not appropriate for a particular user.

4. User Accounts

Certain Services require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Keeping your account information up to date.
  • All activity conducted through your account.
  • Not sharing your account with another person.
  • Informing Dobcy promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

Dobcy may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Health and Personal Information

Some Dobcy Services require information relating to your health, nutrition, lifestyle, goals, preferences, activity, measurements, or other personal circumstances.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Personalized recommendations may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

You should update your information when there are material changes that may affect recommendations provided through the Services.

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the Dobcy Privacy Policy.

6. Personalized Recommendations

Dobcy may provide recommendations based on information you provide, including your goals, dietary preferences, lifestyle, activity, health information, and progress.

These recommendations are intended to support your use of the Services.

Individual results vary, and Dobcy does not guarantee any specific:

  • Weight loss.
  • Weight gain.
  • Change in body composition.
  • Fitness improvement.
  • Health outcome.
  • Nutritional outcome.
  • Timeline for achieving a particular goal.

Your results may depend on many factors, including your health, genetics, lifestyle, adherence, activity levels, diet, sleep, medications, and other circumstances.

7. Professional Services

Certain Dobcy memberships may provide access to doctors, registered dietitians, nutrition professionals, health coaches, lifestyle coaches, or other professionals.

Where professional services are provided, the professional may make recommendations based on the information available to them and their professional judgment.

Professional availability may vary depending on appointment schedules and other circumstances.

Dobcy does not guarantee that a particular professional will always be available.

Appointments may be subject to separate scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling requirements.

8. AI-Powered Features

Dobcy may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide certain features, including recommendations, responses, meal suggestions, educational information, or other assistance.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

AI features are provided as an assistance tool and should not replace professional medical advice or judgment.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated information when making decisions regarding:

  • Diagnosis.
  • Medication.
  • Treatment.
  • Medical emergencies.
  • Serious health conditions.
  • Other significant medical decisions.

9. Membership Plans

Dobcy may offer different membership plans, including monthly and yearly plans.

The price, billing period, features, and services included in each membership will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing your purchase.

Dobcy may introduce new plans, modify existing plans, change features, or discontinue plans from time to time.

Where changes affect an existing paid membership, Dobcy will provide notice where required by applicable law.

10. Pricing and Taxes

All applicable prices will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to or included within the displayed price depending on the applicable pricing structure.

The final amount payable will be displayed before payment is completed.

Dobcy reserves the right to correct pricing or billing errors.

11. Payments

Payments for memberships and other paid Services may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the amount displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

Dobcy does not generally store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on its own systems.

Payment providers may process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Promotional Launch Period

As part of its initial launch, Dobcy may provide a limited-time promotional period during which eligible users can access the Services without paying a membership fee.

The promotional launch period is a specific launch offer and is not a permanent free-trial program.

The duration, eligibility, and terms of the promotional launch offer will be communicated by Dobcy.

No membership fee is charged for the portion of the Services provided free of charge during the promotional period.

Once the promotional period ends, paid membership charges may apply according to the applicable membership plan.

Dobcy may modify, extend, suspend, or discontinue the promotional launch offer.

Further details regarding the promotional launch period and refunds are provided in the Dobcy Trial & Refund Policy.

13. Automatic Renewal

Certain memberships may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

The applicable billing frequency and subscription price will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing an automatically renewing membership, you authorize Dobcy or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for subsequent billing periods until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership through the available account or subscription-management options or by contacting Dobcy support.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to access paid Services until the end of the applicable paid billing period.

If you are participating in a promotional launch period, cancelling before the promotional period ends will prevent the membership from continuing as a paid subscription where applicable.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Dobcy Trial & Refund Policy.

The promotional launch period is provided without charge, so there is no payment to refund for the free promotional period.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may depend on the applicable payment provider, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution.

Please refer to the Dobcy Trial & Refund Policy for the applicable refund conditions and procedures.

16. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a service you did not intend to purchase, you should contact Dobcy as soon as possible.

Dobcy will review the transaction and, where an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

17. Acceptable Use
